Ola Cabs Cheating

I had booked an Ola cab from Airoli, Navi Mumbai to Mumbai Central Railway Station on the 25th of February 2020. I recd a message that the cab is on way and showed 4 minutes was the reaching time. I recd a call from the South Indian driver that he is on way and cannot reach the location. I tried to explain but he was not able to understand Hindi but I tried my best to explain and he said he is not able to get the location hence I should book another cab. As I was getting late I had to cancel the ride and book another cab. I recd a message that Rs.50/- would be charged for the cancellation. I booked another cab. I was called by the driver that he will be reaching in 5-10 minutes. I waited for him for about 20 minutes and tried calling him a number of times but he did not reply. As I had to catch my train and was getting late, I had to hire an auto rikshaw from Navi Mumbai to Sion and from there I had to catch Kali Peeli for Mumbai Station. I just managed to reach the station in time and had to catch the train running. My wife was also with me and luggage was also there. Again I recd a message that Rs. 50/- would be charged as cancellation charges. The most funny part is that while I was travelling in the rikshaw with my wife I saw the same cab with some other passenger on the way. Is this the way to treat the customers. As it is Ola is getting infamous and charge as per their sweet will. Previously too they charged me Rs. 50/- as cancellation charges when their driver refused to go to Surat Railway station saying he won't get any return passenger from there. I had complained to the Ola and was promosed that I would be getting the refund soon. This is more than 4 months old case. I still await the refund. And now this has happened to me again. They are here to cheat the general public .They have no control over their drivers who come as per their own sweet will and even if they refuse  to come poor passenger is charged cancellation fee.  My wife and myself are Senior Citizens.

Let’s see what does this mean:  Karmanye Vadhikaraste , Ma phaleshou Kada chana — You have the right to perform your actions, but you are not entitled to the fruits of the actions. Ma Karma Phala Hetur Bhurmatey Sangostva Akarmani — Do not let the fruit be the purpose of your actions, therefore you won’t be attached to not doing your duty. Indeed, this message comes from  Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 2, Verse 47 , where Lord Krishna advises Arjun to focus on his duty without attachment to the results. This profound teaching emphasizes the importance of  selfless action  and is central to the philosophy of  Karma  Yoga  — performing one’s duty without ...
